Whether it’s standing out at her job or being recognized as a leader within CLM, Caitlin McPhillips knows how to make an impression. After beginning her career at a law firm, she transitioned to the claims side of the business, quickly making her mark. When her manager moved to the newly formed Berkley Construction Solutions (BCS), Caitlin was selected to become BCS’ first adjuster—a role she embraced with enthusiasm. “I was definitely looking forward to it. I was excited,” she recalls. She has covered substantial ground early in her career and is widely regarded as a thought leader in the construction claims space.
Within CLM, McPhillips serves as a Young Professional liaison to the Construction Community leadership board. She also played a key role in reviving CLM’s New York City Chapter where she will serve as vice president in 2025.
