Known for his deep expertise in construction claims and thoughtful leadership in the insurance space, Miles is expected to deliver valuable insights into how carriers can proactively manage bad faith exposures and time-limited demands.

Whether it’s leading claims strategy or mentoring rising professionals, Miles Henderson brings clarity and precision to complex liability challenges. He began his career in private legal practice, focusing on employment practices liability (EPLI) before transitioning into professional liability for architects, engineers and other construction-related risks. His move to the insurance side of the business marked a turning point, eventually leading him to his current role as Senior Vice President and Chief Claims Officer at Berkley Construction Solutions.

At BCS, Miles heads the claims department for a wholesale-only excess lines insurance company serving commercial contractors. With over 19 years of experience, he’s known for his strategic approach to claims handling and his ability to navigate high-stakes exposures with confidence.
